TERMS & CONDITIONS​

1. Deposits are non-refundable and secure your booking date.

2. Final balance must be paid before installation unless agreed otherwise.

3. Balloon displays are decorative items and must not be touched, moved or climbed on.

4. Children must not play with the balloons and should be supervised at all times.

5. Once installed, responsibility transfers to the customer.

6. Any broken, damaged, lost or stolen hire items will be charged at full replacement cost.

7. Personalised signs and props damaged after installation are chargeable.

8. Heat, sunlight, wind, rain and humidity can affect balloons. We are not responsible for deterioration after installation.

9. Outdoor displays are supplied at the customer's risk, if adverse weather conditions on the day of event I may have to set up indoors due to health and safety.

10. Outdoor sailboards are held down by 30kg weights which must not be removed.

11. Customer must obtain venue permission where necessary.

12. Late collections or unavailable hire items may incur additional charges.

13. We may photograph displays for promotional purposes unless requested otherwise.

14. Burst balloons should be disposed of immediately and kept away from children and pets.

15. Cancellations within 14 days of the event may incur the full balance.

16. We are not liable for delays outside our reasonable control.

17. Light up numbers are not to be touched, moved or used to put drinks on.
